Cowichan Brain Injury Society’s new mascot is Captain Cranium

The Cowichan Brain Injury Society celebrated their fifth birthday at the Duncan United Church on March 14. There were special presentations, singing, and cake as well as schwag and creations from the Men’s Shed to purchase as well as a draw for a $50 gift certificate. CBIS executive director Chris Rafuse rocked some shamrocks as she posed with the Busted Brain Band (BBB) who livened things up with drumming. The Cowichan Brain Injury Society celebrated their fifth birthday at the Duncan United Church on March 14 from 1 to 3 p.m.

There were special presentations, singing, and cake as well as schwag and creations from the Men’s Shed to purchase as well as a draw for a $50 gift certificate.
