Providence Farm is hosting a night of food and music on May 26.

Barely North Entertainment presents the West Coast sounds of Steve Bick. Hailing from Tofino, Steve and his band will be bringing their elemental melodies to the Providence Farm Chapel.

“Their unique brand of surf-rock — a sound built on roots music that plays with the folk format, twisting it into something more modern — will have you feeling the surf crashing as the mellow grooves mixed with slide guitar pull you into a state of nirvana. A show you won’t want to miss,” say promoters.

As an added treat, Vancouver Island University’s culinary program will also be offering a West Coast themed buffet-style meal to put you in the mood.

Tickets for concert and meal are $35. The meal begins at 6 p.m., with the concert kicking off at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets for concert only are $15 for adults and $10 for youths (18 and under). The show will be licensed.
