NOTICE is hereby given that Council proposes to pass a resolution under section 493 of the Local Government Act to renew a Temporary Use Permit for a non-medical cannabis retail store at 170 Cowichan Lake Road as identified in the drawing below, at the Regular meeting of Council on February 27th, 2024 at 5:00 pm.
Temporary Use Permit
If you believe that your interests will be affected by the proposed Temporary Use Permit you shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to be heard by council through written submissions respecting the matter. All written input must be submitted by no later than 4:30 pm, February 26th, 2024.
The proposed application and related documents may be inspected at the Town Office, 39 South Shore Road, Lake Cowichan, British Columbia, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm until February 23rd, 2024.
