With heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of Bea at Royal Jubilee Hospital with family close by.
She was predeceased by her loving husband Bob, son Darshy and brother Mindi. Survived by her brother Duck (Sharon) and sisters Jito and Nancy (Harry). Bea will be greatly missed and always remembered by her children Vickey, Cindy (Rory), Robbie (Michelle), Donna (Mark), Tony (Ricki), Doug (Lynne) and grandchildren Corey (Kristie), Amanda (Graham), Katie (Adam), Shannon, Stacey (Mike), Craig (Maria), Lauren (Nicole), Chloe, Aaron, Steen, Keir, Brynn, Dayne, Gavin and Janae and great-grandchildren Vaeda, Grayer and Vaughn as well as many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Bea spent her early years in Paldi where she met the love of her life Bob. Their courtship led to marriage and a move to Duncan where they raised all of their children in the house that Bob built.
During her ensuing years she looked forward to yearly camping trips, Saturday garage sales, trips to the horse races as well as numerous trips to Reno.
She was known for her Nanaimo Bars, Rice Krispie Squares and Blackberry pies. Bea took great pride in raising her children and was extremely proud of her grandchildren and all of their accomplishments, but most of all she lived for having and hosting the many family gatherings which were always large and loud.
