Passed away peacefully at home on March 22, 2017, with his family by his side. Wayne is survived by his wife Kaye and his two children, son Shaun (Bobbi) daughter Ariel and four grandchildren, brothers Barry (Jeanne) and Edwin (Linda). Wayne was born in Balcarres, Saskatchewan in 1939 and in 1948 moved with his family and his horse, to Richmond, B.C. In 1963 he graduated from S.A.I.T as an Electrical Engineering Technologist and joined Canadian General Electric as a Field Service Technologist. He spent the next forty-two years as a travelling man. His exciting and varied career to him to Russia, China, Peru, Chile, Australia, Saudi Arabia and New Zealand, along with other countries, before retiring in 2005. Wayne loved to work. Whether he was using his chainsaw in the woods or digging in the garden, he loved to be outside doing something physical. Like the big draft horses that he loved, he was solid, dependable, courageous and loyal. Thank you dear Wayne, for the love and support you gave your family.
