A loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother who will be greatly missed. Born in Anglesey England,arrived in Canada in 1946 with five month old daughter. Settled in Victoria with husband Paul (previously deceased). Madge loved and lived life to the fullest. She was a courageous woman and took on many great challenges. A great golfer,lawn bowler,loved to travel, knit,and be with family. Moved to Mill Bay in 2012 to be closer to family. Madge made many wonderful new friends,belonged to YSAG and had recently become involved in the British group. We know a star shines bright for her beside Paul. Survived by her children Wendy (Brian) and Keith (Linda), grandchildren Darryl (Leigha), Cheryl, and Ian (Wendy), great grandchildren Ewan and Ryder. At Madge’s request there will be no memorial or celebration and flowers are respectfully declined.
