Morwyn passed away peacefully July 19, 2015. Pre-deceased by his wife, Judy in 2004, survived by his children: Stephen, Helen, David & grandchildren. The youngest of five, Morwyn was born on a ship voyage back to the land of his fathers, Wales. He was an avid supporter of his home rugby team, Llanelli, and loved the ocean. He became a plumber, served in the British Armed Forces in Libya after the war, immigrated to Vancouver Island in 1957, and worked as a Pipefitter & Supervisor at Crofton Pulp & Paper. Remembered for his sense of humour involving disguises and surprises and for his never-ending house renovations. We will be spreading his ashes on Sat., July 30th & welcome any who would like to join us at the Saltair Pub, near Chemainus 2-4pm.
