Trevor passed away August 20th in the Nanaimo Hospital.  Predeceased by his wife May; he leaves behind brother Joe (Australia), 3 children - Denis (Monique), Colin (Maureen), and Beverley (Peter), 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

Trevor was born and raised in NSW Australia.  As a member of the RAAF he trained as a bomber pilot in Alberta and England before being stationed in Burma.

After the war he immigrated to Canada with his wife and children. Trevor worked in several Alberta municipalities as a town administrator until his retirement to High River, AB and then to the Duncan area in 1991.  While on the island Trevor devoted his time to golf, curling and bowling. He continued to bowl into his 90’s.

In 2009, Trevor moved into Sherwood House where he kibitzed with residents and staff until recently. He was recognized on his regular visits to Tim Horton’s (3 sugar), The Dog House (battered fish) and Chance’s Casino (2’s and 4’s on the slots).

Trevor lived his life to the fullest and took each challenge as a new chapter in his life.

The family would like to thank Doctors: Shung Lee, J. Eberhard, P. Seymour, and N. Robertson for their dedication and care given to Dad, especially in the last few years.
