I’ve been thinking about the opinion by Philip Wolf in the Cowichan Valley Citizen on July 29 about “noise” problems, referencing the new racetrack.
It is interesting how words are used to promote a point of view regarding the generation and propagation of longitudinal sound and its properties.
After working in heavy industry all of my career, I have learned one thing: always have all the information that is required.
You must survey, by use of properly certified personnel using certified equipment.
Nothing, and I repeat, nothing, can be assessed without a survey and peer review. Any conjecture beyond has no validity whatsoever.
