I would like to thank Mary Dolan and Laura Court and those they work with for their work for children and promoting children’s rights, and Nov. 20, the day when the UN and 195 countries signed onto the Convention of the Rights of the Child. Their work is not just for Cowichan Valley, B.C., Canada but the world.

For about 20 years I though I was a one-man band; I am happy to become just a backup singer and I am sure Eglantine Jebb a.k.a. the White Flame will rest better. Cheers.
