Knights ride into battle again this weekend

The South Island Knights will return to action this weekend for the first time since they swept their series at the end of October.

The South Island Knights will return to action this weekend for the first time since they swept their series at Fuller Lake Arena at the end of October.

The senior AA Knights will play host to the North Island Capitals at Fuller Lake Arena this Saturday (Nov. 26) at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 11 a.m.

The Knights have won all four of their games so far this season, including their two previous contests at Fuller Lake, a 4-3 win over Powell River on Oct. 29 behind two goals by A.J. Dzhevelekyan, and a 9-0 blowout on Oct. 30 thanks to the shutout goaltending of Dan Currie and two goals each by Blair Murphy and Kelyn Opel.

Tickets are $7, and kids 12 and under get in free.
