The BC Forest Discovery Centre is holding an Antique Truck Show on Saturday, July 13.
From 10 a.m to 4:30 p.m. trucks of all sizes will be on display, the centre said in a press release.
To sweeten the deal, the Orange County Song & Dance Group from California will hit the outdoor stage for two performances at 11 a.m. and 11:45 a.m. It's the first time in years the group has performed there.
Along with these special events and a barbecue, your admission ticket gives you train rides, touring the museum, the Forests Forever Exhibit, and the travelling exhibit "Bats — Out of the Darkness".
"It's an event day you don't want to miss," said the release.

Excellent Frameworks in downtown Duncan is holding their first ever "100 Bucks or Less Island Art Show" with an opening on Thursday, July 11 from 5-8 p.m., and running through Friday and Saturday, July 12 and 13 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.
"This type of accessibly priced art show has been proven popular in cities throughout Canada and the U.S., so we thought we would give Islanders some local territory to try it out," said the shop in a press release.
"We have 37 artists registered for the show, with each of them offering up to 25 pieces each, so we are expecting at least 500 works for this two day event.
"It is a perfect opportunity for collectors and collectors-to-be to snag an original work of art," the release said.

Youth age 12 through 19 can sign up to take free excursions to other places on the island for recreational activities this summer.
The Canadian Mental Health Association - Cowichan Valley Branch offers the program out of its Youth Centre, located at 360 Festubert St. in Duncan. The centre is open Monday to Friday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily. It offers an air conditioned drop-in space, lunch and snacks, arts and crafts, video and board games and one on one support.
They're also offering weekly summer adventures. On July 11 there's a trip to an escape room in Nanaimo; on July 18 there's a trip to Flying Squirrel trampoline park; on Aug. 8 there's a trip to Woodgrove shopping centre in Nanaimo; on Aug. 12 there's a trip with Sealegs Kayaking in Ladysmith; on Aug. 22 there's another shopping trip to Nanaimo, this time to thrift stores and there will also be a trip to Wild Play Adventures.

With the closing of the Cowichan Family Life Association, their popular annual Garden Tour fundraiser was thrown into limbo.
The Duncan Rotary Club has announced that it will take over the event.
“Rotarians are sad to see that CFLA will be closing its doors at the end of July,” said outgoing Rotary Club President Andrew Dowsett. “Duncan Rotary remains committed to organizing a Garden Tour next year, which is a great fit for our club as the Ladysmith club’s garden tour has always been successful.”
Incoming President Karen Thorington noted that, “If their circumstances change in the future, we will be happy to work with Cowichan Family Life once again on this important fundraiser.”
Cowichan Family Life ran the tour for 25 years.
