Duncan Day parade dazzles downtown crowd

From bagpipers to clowns, and from firetrucks to dancers and pups, there was so much to see at this year’s Panago Parade on Duncan Day, July 9. The event was the first of its kind in the region following the pandemic and was part of a city-wide celebration.
