Vince Vaccaro was among the standout performers at the 2016 edition of Rock of the Woods as he delivered an energetic, electric set backed by Sam Weber and his band.
The festival in Sahtlam on July 21-24 included headlining sets by Bitfunk on Friday night and Five Alarm Funk on Saturday night.
Montreal singer-songwriter Beyries and Victoria’s Weber kept the crowd going on Saturday afternoon, and The Choir, also from Victoria, awed the audience with renditions of songs by artists as wide-ranging as Taylor Swift, R.E.M. and They Might Be Giants on Sunday afternoon.
