Rain doesn’t keep Cowichan Lake kids from their Easter Egg Hunt Monday (Video)

Luckily, the annual Easter Egg Hunt at Cowichan Lake Sports Arena is held inside the big building because rain was falling heavily outdoors that day.

Who cares if it’s raining cats and dogs in Lake Cowichan for the annual Easter Monday egg hunt?

The crew at the Cowichan Lake Sports Arena had everything ready indoors, hiding garbage bags full of eggs around the two floors of the building.

The little ones got to enter first and then the bigger kids as everyone tried to find the treats that were sometimes “hidden in plain sight” and other times cunningly tucked away for the really curious to find.
