Many were out and about enjoying some good weather and good times over the Family Day long weekend.
The B.C. Forest Discovery Centre had big crowds for its Bigleaf Maple Syrup Festival between Friday and Sunday. The festival included a maple syrup competition, train rides and maple syrup demonstrations. The centre also had a good turnout for Family Day activities on Monday with over 850 visiting to enjoy train rides and explore the museum and grounds.
