VIDEO: Competitors rehearse for Cowichan Lake Idol finals

They’ve been practising, practising, practising, and now it’s time for the finals at Sunfest

Cowichan Lake Idol, which started auditions on Canada Day in Lake Cowichan’s Saywell Park, will wind up this weekend.

The contestants have been taking every possible chance to perform, appearing last weekend at Youbou’s Arbutus Park. They will wind up competition at Sunfest’s Flats Stage on Sunday, Aug. 6 at 9:30 a.m.

So, if you’re camping at Sunfest, or happen to be going out there early Sunday, be sure to stop by The Flats and cheer them on.
