VIDEO: Lake Cowichan lights up for Christmas

With a parade, outdoor fun, and Santa and Mrs. Claus, there was a lot to like at the Lake Nov. 26

Great weather, lots of kids, a lively parade: it all added up to a fun Lake Cowichan Christmas lightup celebration on Sunday, Nov. 26.

Lake Cowichan First Nation led off the parade down South Shore Road, followed by other colourful entries including the Lady of the Lake Royalty, Cowichan Lake Sports Arena, and the Lake Cowichan Country Grocer float, carrying Santa and Mrs. Claus, to the delight of children watching from the sidewalk.
