The Cowichan Valley loves belly dancing and on Saturday, Jan. 28, Georgia’s Belly Dancing Extravaganza hits the Duncan Showroom for another year.
Starting at 8 p.m., local and Island belly dance teachers and students put their best feet forward to shake the house down in this colourful event.
The music ranges from exotic to pop hits, the costumes range from simple and sinuous to over-the-top gaudy, but they’re always worn with bravura.
These dancers really go for the gusto and you’ll be cheering their performances.
Tickets are $20 each.
