The Kathy White Dancers’ ‘Scottish Pride’ was on full display last month.

The long-running highland dance academy returned to the stage with its first spring show in more than two years, appropriately titled ‘Scottish Pride.’

The show at the Duncan Christian Reformed Church opened with the ‘Canadian Reel,’ performed by dancers decked out in the tartans of the Canadian provinces and territories, and went on from there, with dancers of all ages performing a variety of numbers.

The show was well received, as evidenced by the applause and murmurs of satisfaction among the audience.
