Trio set to offer singing, harp and piano Sunday

Soprano Jean Larkin, harpist Josh Layne and accompanist Rykie Avenant perform on Sunday, April 10 at St. John’s Anglican Church, located at 3295 Cobble Hill Rd. in Cobble Hill.

Larkin began singing in her native South Africa, and her vocal talents have taken her around the world. Layne has been called a “harp genius” by reviewers and has given solo recitals around the globe including in South America and Europe. He has also performed five of the major harp concertos. Rykie Avenant is a pianist who accompanied Eve Daniell for her December, 2014 Concert for a Saturday Afternoon and has accompanied the Canzonetta Chamber Choir.

The show takes place at 2:30 p.m. Tickets are $15 at the door.
