The Cowichan Lake District Chamber of Commerce will be hosting an all-candidates meeting on April 16 for the Cowichan-Malahat-Langford riding in preparation for the upcoming federal election.

The meeting will be held at the Upper Centennial Hall in Lake Cowichan from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., with the doors opening at 5 p.m.

The chamber said that Alistair MacGregor, the incumbent NDP candidate for the riding, Liberal candidate Blair Herbert and Green candidate Kathy Code have confirmed that will be in attendance at the debate, but Conservative candidate Jeff Kibble has declined to participate.
