Legends of Rock & Roll are back, and you know their stuff is always great

Are you ready for a Rock ‘n’ Soul Christmas?

The Legends of Rock n’ Roll group sure are.

Promoter Les Vogt presents the music of world-class tribute acts performing a collection of hit songs from the greatest Rock’n’Soul artists of all-time, together with the Legends all-star band featuring “Mr Sax” Johnny Ferriera.

It’s all happening on the big stage at the Cowichan Performing Arts Centre on Friday night, Dec. 7 starting at 7:30 p.m.

Garry Moore is returning to Canada as Little Richard, and he is joined by Kenny Wayne as Fats Domino, and Mike Henry as James Brown.

I don’t know about you, but I feel good already.

And this show also introduces Samira performing as Tina Turner. It’s gonna be rollin’ on the Cowichan River when she hits the stage.

Backed up by The Legends All-Star Band, this is one fabulous Oldies Rock’n’Roll show.

Vogt says, “It’s just like the old days when the music was pure and simple and played the way it’s supposed to be played. A Rock ‘n’ Soul Christmas is a fun-filled show featuring all the big hits of the featured artists together with a sprinkle of your seasonal favourites.
