CHECK THOSE ANGLES, JOE

In his letter of Aug. 6 on your website, Joe Sawchuk of Duncan rightfully complains that the BC Legislature will be sitting for only 20 days this fall.

He states that when in opposition Premier Horgan was the one complaining about lack of sitting days in the fall legislature, in order to hold the government accountable.

Mr. Sawchuk states that the Premier “has taken a complete 360-degree turn around from when he was leader of the BC opposition”.

If that were the case, then Mr. Horgan would be back on the exact same course that he was steering in 2016. In fact, he’s now steering a directly opposite course — that’s achieved by taking a 180-degree turn.

This makes your frequent contributor only half-right in his observations. Unbelievable navigation indeed ! Steady as she goes, Joe.
