Lake Cowichan threw a great party

Anniversary celebration was top notch

LAKE COWICHAN THREW A GREAT PARTY

Wow! What a wonderful 75th anniversary celebration this past weekend. The variety of events, suitable for every age was impressive. We especially enjoyed the logger’s sports, which we miss from Lake Days of past years, the old photos on the birthday cake and the watershed pool party. It was very obvious it took many hours of planning, and a huge number of volunteers to make it all happen. A big thank you to the sponsors as well, as it also took money to bring this fantastic event to life.
