Tired of the rush of getting ready for Christmas? Island Oak High School at 5814 Banks Rd. in Duncan is again offering their Advent Spiral as a quiet oasis for the whole family.
On Sunday, Nov. 30, from 1-2 p.m. and again from 3-4 p.m. you can join the school's community for a meditative walk through a peaceful circle of greenery and candles to "kindle your inner light". Admission is by donation.
