March 27 Cheryl A.E. Page was found guilty of theft under $5,000 and given a nine-month suspended sentence as well as nine months' probation and a $100 victim surcharge.

April 1 Chantell A. Panzenboeck was given a nine-month conditional discharge and nine months probation for theft under $5,000. She was also found guilty of failure to attend court and sentenced to a day in jail with a $100 victim surcharge.

Kenneth R. Scrimbit was found guilty of assault and given a oneyear suspended sentence and a year's probation with a $100 victim surcharge.

Phillip W. Seymour was found guilty under the Motor Vehicle Act of driving while prohibited and fined $500.
