Cowichan firefighters battle Glenora barn blaze

Duncan firefighters were called out to battle a barn blaze at a home on Marshall Road in Glenora Friday afternoon.

The call came in around 3 p.m.

Barn owner Glen Pontious alerted his daughter-in-law Liz to trouble, and Liz quickly called in the fire.

The barn contained hay and some gardening equipment, but no animals. Nobody was injured.
