Lake Cowichan - Further to the article in the Cowichan Valley Citizen of Aug. 1 regarding Stage 3 water restrictions, the article reads that the people living in the Municipality of North Cowichan and the City of Duncan can hand water "on any day between the hours of 6-9 a.m. or 7-10 p.m.". Note the absence of hand watering duration.
