The Sahtlam Neighbourhood Association has filed a lawsuit with the Supreme Court of B.C. against the Vancouver Island Motor Sport Circuit and the Municipality of North Cowichan.
The lawsuit is related to noise concerns from the track facility, situated on 50 acres on a hillside facing Highway 18 between Duncan and Lake Cowichan.
The VIMSC now has 30 days to respond to the lawsuit.
