The regional Emergency Operations Centre also ceased operating at the same time.
In consultation with Emergency Management British Columbia, CVRD staff have assessed that there is no further threat of flooding and that impacted residents are receiving necessary support.
Community recovery efforts will continue this month and be supported through the CVRD Public Safety division.
Residents are encouraged to sign up to receive emergency notifications through the CivicReady mass communication system, including severe weather alerts, road closures and evacuation alerts and orders.
