UPDATE: Missing 29-year-old Duncan man found

Howard Baker last seen at Siver Bridge on Aug. 29

UPDATE: RCMP say Howard Baker has been found.

Police are asking the public to keep their eyes open for 29-year-old Howard Baker.

Baker was last seen by friends at approximately 4 p.m. on Aug. 29 at the Silver Bridge near Boys Road and the Trans Canada Highway.

He was on foot at the time.

Friends and family are worried about Baker’s well being and would like to know he’s OK.

Baker is described as being First Nations, 5 foot 10 inches tall, 150 pounds, with short black hair, brown eyes, and a mustache with a beard.

He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, blue jeans, and black and orange Nike runners.

Baker has ties to the Saanichton area, and also has family in the Cowichan Valley.
