Police are asking for the assistance of the public in identifying a suspect in a break and enter at a Chemainus business earlier this month.
Around 2:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 14 a man was caught on video stealing items from a business located on Henry Road. North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP were alerted to the crime at 8 a.m. Police released a video capture of the suspect in the hopes that the public knows who he is.
"The suspect's clothing is very unique and distinguishable," Cpl. Jon Stuart pointed out. "The RCMP are hoping that members of the public are able to identify the suspect in the photo and provide information to the police."
