Duncan - I totally agree with Mrs. Mellor, the people in the graveyard have paid their taxes in full, therefore send a couple more guys down to maintain the grounds and you can pay them with money saved by not taking a field trip to the Union of B.C. Municipalities [conference] I'm sure cost us at least $10,000.
