Two more Cops for Cancer Tour de Rock events are slated for the coming weeks in Cowichan.

On Sept. 16, a Paint Nite party in support of Tina Nordstrand’s head shave fundraiser will result in a painting of a cherry blossom tree and in money for the Cops for Cancer cause. The event kicks off at 1:30 p.m. at Chances Cowichan on Cowichan Way.

Nordstrand’s fundraising goal is $10,000 and tickets for the $45 event can be purchased online at https://www.paintnite.com/events/murasaki-cherry-blossoms-at-chances-cowichan-10098109. For more information, email cloud10esthetics@gmail.com

On Oct. 2 winners will be announced for the Cowichan Valley Tour de Rock Raffle. Tickets are $5 each and can be purchased at the Coast Capital Savings in Duncan or by contacting cowichantdr@gmail.com.

First place prize is two nights at the Villa Eyrie Resort and a $300 dining voucher. Second place is a $200 spa certificate at the Villa Eyrie Resort.
