Four Cowichan Valley projects took home honours from the Island Commercial Building Awards.
The Waterfront at Mill Bay and the Cowichan Lake Library took home Awards of Excellence, the North Cowichan municipal hall addition won an award of merit, and the Cowichan Health & Wealth Centre of Duncan won an honourable mention.
