Good afternoon Minister, I just find it fascinating that the Ministry of Environment issued a bad air quality alert yesterday Nov. 17, 2014 for the Cowichan Valley asking people to please do not burn any wood in your homes.
Yet since I and others have been trying to tackle this dust problem in Youbou no ministry has ever issued a bad air alert here.
We are back to the dust again as the weather has been dry, hence the dust. Yet with the weather changing we will be back to the mud on the road and our new vehicles (that's always nice on your new investment) plus the sides of the road disappear (the white line). The good news with mud, it does not dirty the siding on your residence as the dust particulates do.
