Duncan - I watched a slow moving, fourcar freight train just south of Duncan's black bridge pass me yesterday. The screeching of the tracks was very loud, but it was the movement of the tracks and ties that astounded me. Six to eight inches of vertical shift to some of the ties off the rock bed was startling! All at a walking pace. It will take a lot to bring it up to safety standards.
