November 3, 1958 – April 1, 2021
A life taken too soon, Pat put up a good fight these past 10 years with dignity and humor when life was not always so dignified or humorous.
Pat passed away peacefully, always grateful for the care she received. This past year, she was separated from the many people she cared about, but she never complained.
Pat was known for her beautiful smile, quick wit, a love of animals and her crazy earring collection. She was born and raised in Victoria, the youngest of 5 kids. She lived in Sidney for 35 years before moving to the Duncan area. Pat was always up for a good time with the rugby boys and not above dancing on a table or two.
She is survived by her mother Shirley (100 years), 4 siblings, step siblings, many nieces and nephews and extended family. She will also be missed by her many friends and co-works from her 35 years with BC Ferries.
Many thanks to the staff at Trillium Acacia Ty Mawr for their care and kindness. A celebration of Pat’s life will take place when we can safely do so. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cancer Society, S.P.C.A. or a charity of your choice in Pat’s memory would be appreciated, a smile paid forward. Obituary
