Mom passed away peacefully and comfortably on July 29.

Beverley Marion Ross was born in Victoria on October 14, 1930 to Bobby and Marion Ross. She spent her whole young life on the island, her childhood years spent at Shawnigan Lake where her Dad was a Constable in the BC. Police, later to become the RCMP. Bev had many fond memories of glorious days filled with bike rides, swimming and lifelong friendships.

Mom married Tom Wilde, a member of the RCMP, in 1952. Along with their three children Jacquie, Pam and Ross, they moved around the province to cities including Qualicum Beach, Ladysmith, Victoria, White Rock, Duncan, Kamloops and Prince George. They eventually retired to Duncan, where they enjoyed many years with friends and family until Dad’s passing in 2012. While in Prince George and Duncan, Bev was an active member of the PEO.

Bev is lovingly remembered by her children Jacquie Dixon (Chuck), Pam Kirzinger (Dave), Ross, grandchildren Erin, Hannah, Rachel and Ava, and great-grandchildren Dylan and Ivy.

There will be a family get-together at a later date. No flowers please.

Many thanks to the caring staff at Cerwydden in Duncan and Morgan Heights in South Surrey.

We love you Mom, and know that you and Dad are now enjoying a good splash of Scotch together.
