It is with broken hearts that we announce the tragic death, at age 39, of Bret Jameson Blaney. He was raised in Sidney BC and has resided in the Cowichan Valley since 2005.
Although have struggled with mental health and addiction issues in recent years, Bret was a much loved Father, Son, Brother, Brother-in-law, Grandson, Nephew, and Cousin, with steadfast loyal friends that always hoped the best for him.
Those who loved him most will continue to remember all the good times and take comfort in knowing that he is no longer suffering. There will be no service.
