With regret to inform of the death of Egon Henriksen of Duncan. He had celebrated his 100th birthday in January joined by his daughters, Roberta (Bill) Parker of Halifax, NS and Maria Henriksen of Ashcroft, BC, as well as by all of his grandchildren and both great grandsons. Sean (Rachelle) Parker of Ottawa, Simon (Amy) Parker, Edison Parker, Chelsea (Chris) Parker, Barrett Reid, all of Halifax, Natasha Perry of Ashcroft, Alastair (Sarah) Kyle, Connor Kyle, Sabrina (Brandon) Kyle of Kamloops, BC.
The highlight was the arrival of his three nephews, Soren, Egon and Erik, his niece Minna (Per) and great niece, Dotta from Denmark. The party was also attended by the residents of Ts'i'ts'uwatul' Lelum, where Egon had resided happily since 2019.
Egon was widowed in 1999 (Jean Henriksen) and worked many years at BCFP in Youbou.
