In loving memory ~
Eleanor passed away peacefully in her 99th year on January 25tth 2023 at Cerwydden Care in Duncan, B.C.
Predeceased by her husband William Henry Fuller, daughter Marina Dale Somers, and adopted son Todd Samuel Stewart-Parasiuk (Suzanne). Eleanor is survived by her daughter Cheryl Bird (Lyle); son Don (Denise); grandchildren Linda, Amelie, Stephen, Kent, Susanne, Dana and Kerri; and great-grandchildren Dexter, Dustin, Cody, Tanner, Calvin, Devon, Misty, Breanna, Taylor, Jacobi, Jordana and Keianna.
Eleanor was born in Toronto, Ontario on September 24th 1924 to William and Phoebe Forsey (Newfoundland).
Eleanor moved to Winnipeg in 1950 and called it home for 31 years raising her family, then venturing out to Victoria, B.C. to start a new life, meeting and marrying the love of her life, William (Bill) Fuller, and moving to Cobble Hill, B.C. Later on, age and declining health brought about a decision for Eleanor and Bill to move up to Duncan, B.C.
We can not thank Jennifer Williamson enough, for her friendship and ongoing visits with Mom always sending us the wonderful pictures of her visits.
We also want to extend our thanks to Cerwydden Care and to the nurses, staff and caregivers staff that provided every day to Mom loving care, and as a result Mom always had that glowing smile and contentment about her.
Eleanor was one, who had very deep religious beliefs and that guided her path though out her life, as such even though Mom has left us, she has again been rejoined with Bill and the Lord.
A small private funeral service will be held for family on January 31st at the H.W. Wallace Cremation and Burial Centre in Duncan, B.C.
