It is with heavy hearts and with great sadness we announce the passing of Gail Watkins, after her courageous battle with cancer.
Gail was born in Craik, Saskatchewan. She met and married her husband Garry in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, together they had 2 sons, Gerett and Gregory. They moved to Cobble Hill in 1990 for the remainder of her years where she happily lived a quiet and humble life, spending time with family, gardening, reading and enjoying a cup of coffee.
She is survived by her husband, sons, daughter in-law, grand-daughter, mother, father, sisters and brothers. She was a women who cared immensely for her family and those around her. She was always there to comfort you in a time of need, while teaching us to learn from our mistakes when things didn't go as planned, usually after a short lecture of course.
Gail was a beautiful person from her surface to her soul, caring for those around her. She was never afraid to roll up her sleeves, put her hair back, and get her hands dirty. She was the first one in line to help out, and the last one to sit down.
Gail was a beautiful and energetic soul, who was loved by those around her, and will be forever be missed by anyone that knew her.
