Passed away at Cowichan District Hospital on June 26th, 2020. Born at King's Daughters Hospital, Duncan, on February 13, 1928. Third generation and the last of Freemans to live at Cobble Hill.
His grandfather and grandmother emigrated from England and settled in Cobble Hill. His grandfather planted an apple tree on the property and it still flourishes to this day on Cobble Hill Rd.
