April 3, 1978 - November 2, 2023

In Loving Memory ~

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved Greg on November 2nd, 2023, after a courageous five-year battle with cancer.

Greg was born on April 3, 1978, in the Cowichan Valley and filled his childhood days competing with the Ceevac's Track & Field Club and playing soccer on teams within the CVSA league. He also spent many enjoyable winters skiing the trails within the trees and attacking the moguls on the slopes of Mt. Washington.

After graduation, Greg moved to Victoria, where he shared his passions for sports, cars, movies, and especially music with all who came to know him. He loved to connect with people using his incredible sense of humour and lightning-quick wit.

Greg met his caring wife Talena in 2001 while working for the same company and the rest is history. Together they created a lovely home for their two beautiful daughters. Greg's gentle soul, loving smile and love for music is reflected in his girls, they are his greatest accomplishment. He fought to the end to see them grow.

He has left us all with the greatest of memories and a quiet ache in our hearts. Greg will be forever missed.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Talena, daughters Avery & Peyton, parents Guy & Cherie, sisters Gina (Greg) & Kari (Justin), Nana Sandy, many nieces and nephews, In-law & extended family, friends, and co-workers.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks you to consider donating to the BC Cancer Foundation in Greg's name. Or that you hug your loved ones close this Christmas. Greg counted down the weeks, days and hours until Christmas morning, he was 'Mr. Christmas'.

A celebration of Greg's life will be held at a future date.
