July 4, 1922 - July 2, 2018
It is with great sadness we say goodbye to our mom, grandmother and GG - two days before her 96th birthday. She was predeceased by her husband Joe, son Lloyd as well as five brothers and three sisters.
She leaves behind her son Robert (Susan), daughter Janice (Miles), six grandchildren, five great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, cousin Vera and family, many nieces & nephews and friends.
She was born in Northern Valley, Alberta, and later moved to Duncan with her parents. There she met her husband Joe and married in 1942 before Joe was shipped out for the war in Europe. They moved to Campbell River in 1969 where she remained until her death.
Mom, you will be surely missed as you were the most kind and loving person anyone could be. We will love and miss you always. Special thanks to Dr. Meckin, the nurses and care aids at Campbell River Hospital who made mom comfortable during her last days. Many thanks to care-workers and staff at Ironwood Place Senior's Home.

A Garden Tea will be held on August 18th, 2018 at Janice Miller's home at 3901 Wavecrest Road, Campbell River, between 1 pm and 4 pm.
