September 19, 1946 - December 20, 2017
Hugh is at peace after his three year battle with Lewy Body Dementia.
He will be greatly missed by his wife Arlene, sons Clint (Dana) and Chet (Mellisa), grandchildren Kari, Troy and Travis and his walking partner Bella.
He will also be missed by his brother in law Marvin Bragg (Anne and their children Kimberly and Jordan).
A special thanks to our many life long friends who were the emotional support to Hugh and his family.
Hugh spent most of his life enjoying the outdoors; fishing, hunting and at his happy place at the cabin.
In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations may be made in Hugh's memory to the Cowichan Valley Hospice Society.
The family would like to thank the staff at Cowichan Lodge for their care of Dad and for all of their support.
