In Loving Memory ~
It is with extreme sadness we announce the passing of Jane Chappell (nee Mawbey) at Sunridge Care Home in Duncan on January 8th, 2024.
She is survived by her loving husband Bruce Chappell, her brothers and sisters Bill, Heiderose, Susan, Jeffrey and Sherry as well as her daughters Heide (Travis) and Sabrina, four grandchildren Helene, Andrew, Haydnen and Cooper and many nieces and nephews.
Jane was born and raised in Duncan and was and excellent cook and baker. She had a zest for life, love and family.
In the end she was suffering from Parkinson's and Alzheimer's so she is in a better place now.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Activity Hall at Silver Park Mobile Home Park, 2885 Boys Road, (first gate turn left) on Saturday, February 10th between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, consider donating to the Alzheimer Society of BC at 828 W 8th Avenue Suite 300, Vancouver British Columbia V5Z 1E2 .
