It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to our loving mother who passed away peacefully on November 21, 2016 at the age of 83. June was born in Chemainus and resided there all her life except for the last three years which were spent in Edmonton with her daughters Glenda and Carla. She fought long and hard with her deliberating disease of dementia. We shared a lot of laughs with her the last few years and will always remember her big smile every time she saw us. We are going to miss you so much Mama Bear!!! She leaves behind her three daughters Gloria, Glenda (Terry) and Carla (Doug), !ve granddaughters Jennifer, Chelsea, Courtney, Shayla and Taylor, two great-grandchildren Lillyanna and Jackson. June was predeceased by her husband Carl in 2008 and will be laid to rest with him at Cedar Valley Memorial Gardens at a later date.
